If riding the van please arrive at West End by 6:45am we will board and depart promptly at 7am. If you need a ride to West End make arrangements now as I will not be doing pick ups in the morning. If you are meeting us at the venue my suggestion is to arrive by 8am as the first race starts at 8:30am and this should be enough time for your athlete to get a decent warm up. Remember to bring your uniforms and water!
