Yes…there is a meet at Baynard…YES…we are still meeting at Baynard to practice, we are jogging from Baynard to friends school.
Practice is for 200/400 meter hurdlers ONLY.
Warm up as soon as you arrive (come earlier than noon and be ready to run by then)
Practice will start promptly at Noon and end at 2pm
Bring spikes and water or Gatorade.
